Refund Policy

APlus Tutorials is committed to its client's complete satisfaction. APlus Tutorials will issue a complete refund for the following reasons:

  • Crash Course change in schedule
    • APlus Tutorials reserves the right to change time slots / cancel a course at any given moment. Students having paid and registered for a course who cannot be accommodated will receive a complete refund of their purchase price or with their consent a credit to their account for future
    • service use.

 

  • Insufficient presence to a crash course
    • In the event an insufficient amount of paying student are present in attendance for a crash course, students will have the option to:
      • Take a complimentary block of private tutoring hours necessary to cover similar material for the registered course.
      • Receive a complete refund of the crash course(s) purchase price

 

  • Crash Course Cancellation
    • Should you choose to cancel your reservation for one of our midterm or final crash courses we must be notified by email at least 5 calendar days prior to the first day of your crash course. Customers will not be entitled to a refund if email notification is sent less than 5 calendar days. All emails must be sent to info@aplustutorials.com

 

  • Private Tutoring Blocks of Hours
    • All private blocks of hours are final sale. The blocks of hours can only be used by the individual who has purchased the hours unless they provide written consent for another individual to use their hours. There is no expiry date with our blocks of hours and they can be used with any other course we offer on our website. In the event that you do not appear for your scheduled tutorial session 1 hour will be deducted from your block of hours. If you are dissatisfied with your tutorial notify us immediately by email and you will not be charged for that session. All emails must be sent to info@aplustutorials.com

 

  • Insufficient presence to a weekly tutorial
    • In the event an insufficient amount of paying students are present in attendance in a weekly tutorial, students will have the option to:
      • Post-pone the week's tutorial to a later date accommodating all students registered
      • Receive a full refund of their course

 

  • Client dissatisfaction for a Crash Course
    • In the event a student is not completely satisfied of the tutoring he/she has received, APlus Tutorials is committed to offering a complete refund under certain conditions:
      • Student must report dissatisfaction prior to attending half the tutoring session
      • Student must be present for at least an hour of the tutoring session (crash course).
      • Students cannot keep any material given as part of the tutoring session they wish to receive a complete refund for.
