Refund Policy

Aplus Tutorials believes in 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied in any way with our services, we will be happy to address your concerns and cater to your needs. Success is your future, and your future is our concern.

1.1

Students who register for a crash-course will receive a free course-pack and a minimum of 3 hours of tutoring. The length of a session may vary depending on student registration. In the event of a class change or cancellation, we will notify you 5-7 days in advance.

1.2

In order to take advantage of our weekly tutorials, there must be a minimum of 2 students registered for the class. In the event of a class change or cancellation, we will notify you 2-5 days in advance.

1.3

Students who have registered online (www.aplustutorials.com) or at our office (1500 de Maisonneuve West, Suite 202) have reserved a seat for one of our crash courses or private tutorial sessions, and are thereby commited to attend that session. If, for any reason, you must cancel or change your registration, please notify us via e-mail within 48 hours before the start of the crash course or private tutorial and a credit will be applied to your account. Refunds will not be issued without prior authorization of a manager.
